How the hell do you pass the third level with the purple key?

Have you already figured it out?

Isn't it actually just "follow the dirt roads and you'll find the totems?"

Also - as far as I'm aware, there are 4 game over screens, 1 true ending, 2 lewd scenes you can see while running around and 3 kinda lewd scenes you can see after passing each level?

Great game. Took some time to figure out what to do on 3rd Level. On my second replay the same thing that happened on the first one didn't happen on this one. That means that Witch was able to freely walk in the area under the *Blue Item* and I got a game over screen. Have I misunderstood the requirements for Lvl 2 completion and you don't need to lure her in the *Blue Item*'s area?
